Casa Orient

This new building project is embedded elegantly in the gently sloping property and presents itself as sublime and self-confident with a modern look.
Timeless and clear, the architecture finds in many details the connection to traditional themes of Mallorcan building culture, such as the Persianas or the hand-hewn stone walls.
The central theme of the house is transparency and the merging of the boundaries between inside and outside. This quality of space can be felt everywhere in the open, light-flooded living areas.
The upper part of the sun-kissed property offers an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean landscape. At this location is the south terrace and the pool area.

The patio with olive tree offers intimacy and at the same time an unobstructed view of the garden. Pleasantly protected on both sides by the flanks of the building, this terrace opens expansively to the front property with gently sloping terrain.
Another architectural highlight is the balcony floating between the flanks of the building, which borders the inner courtyard and provides shade. Like a bridge, it gives the house lightness that connects. From here you have a fantastic view to the sea.
